How Long Is Your Writing Available?
Submitted writing and generated results remain available for up to 48 hours.
After that period, the content is deleted from our applicable content storage.
This 48-hour period applies to submitted writing and generated results, not to account details, subscription records, or other information that may need to be retained for separate purposes.
If you want to keep a generated result, please save your own copy before the 48-hour period ends.
We work with trusted providers that help operate GenZWrite.
These may include providers of AI processing, hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support.
We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service and use appropriate safeguards where required.
We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our Services and users.
